A founding partner of the firm, Mr. Miller currently handles real estate and finance transactions in Texas and throughout the United States.

Mr. Miller serves regularly as lead counsel in matters with a transaction value in excess of $100 million dollars, including several with billions of dollars in value. He has been recognized by his peers in Chambers USA, Best Lawyers in America, SuperLawyers and D Magazine as a leader in his field.

While his practice includes general real estate and finance matters, Mr. Miller has had substantial experience in acquisitions and dispositions, development, construction, equity investments, debt financings, leasing, sale-leaseback, workouts, restructurings and joint ventures. Those transactions span multiple property types, such as office, retail, multifamily, student housing, industrial, hospitality, residential subdivisions and mixed-use high-density urban, including specialty classes such as medical, airport, sports arena, corporate campus, call center, telecommunication and distribution facilities, as well as multi-state portfolios of those properties. Mr. Miller represents REITs, developers, institutional advisors, investment funds and investors, sponsors, pension plans, corporate users, lenders and real estate companies of local and national scope.

Mr. Miller has published articles in national, state and local journals and is a frequent speaker on numerous real estate topics.
